Using Ride-Hailing Apps

Call a taxi from your phone anytime. No need to stand on the street waiting.

Open the Ride App

Find the ride-hailing app on your phone. Common apps include DiDi and other local services. Tap to open.

Set Your Pickup Location

The app usually detects your current location automatically. If it is wrong, tap the location box and enter your address manually.

Enter Your Destination

Type the address or name of where you want to go. The app will show estimated arrival time and fare.

Choose Car Type

Select "Express" for a standard affordable ride, or "Comfort" for a nicer car. Express is usually sufficient for everyday trips.

Confirm and Wait

Tap "Confirm" to request a ride. The app will match you with a driver. You can see the driver name, car type, and license plate number.

Track Your Ride

Watch the driver approach on the map. When the car arrives, check the license plate matches. Get in and enjoy your ride.

Rate After the Trip

After arriving, the app asks you to rate the driver. A 5-star rating is the default. Payment is automatic through the app.
